Welcome Back

Hi Everyone, Im coming back to Tex Mex Off the Menu to start posting recipes and requerdos [rememebrences] of Grandma Della's terrific cooking...as I remember it. We just had Thanksgiving and I made Grandma Della's famous Tex Mex Cornbread stuffing. Recipe to follow. Well it's good to be back and ready to share. Jon.
